Harassment and violence in the workplace are serious issues that can have a negative impact on your company’s productivity, morale, and bottom line.
This course will teach you how to prevent harassment and violence in the workplace by identifying risks, providing training to employees about their rights, and taking steps to create a safe work environment.
You’ll learn how to recognize signs of harassment or violence so you can take appropriate action before it escalates into something more serious. You’ll also be able to identify what constitutes bullying or violent behavior so you know when it’s time for an intervention. Finally, this course will help you understand your legal obligations as an employer under Bill 168 and BC Bill 14.
